Corporate events in Tenerife

Retreats, incentive trips and leadership dinners built like private events, not conferences. Your team, treated as guests.

01 — The approach

Not a conference. An occasion.

Most corporate trips are remembered for the one evening that felt different, not for the meeting room. We plan around that evening first. A retreat for a leadership team, an incentive for the people who hit their numbers, a client dinner that has to land: each one starts with what the company wants people to feel when they fly home, and works back from there.

Tenerife makes the logistics easy. Direct flights connect the south of the island with most European capitals, the climate holds through the winter, and within an hour of the airport there are clifftop terraces, vineyards, a national park above the clouds and a marina full of boats. A three-day programme can feel like three different places.

One team handles everything: arrivals, hotels, the working sessions if you need them, the activities and the evenings — with one contact on your side and one on ours.

02 — What's included

Everything around the agenda.

Each programme is built for the group and the objective. It typically brings together:

Arrivals & transfers

Airport meet-and-greet, coaches or chauffeured cars, and timings built around the flight schedule. Executives flying privately are met at the aircraft at Tenerife South.

Hotels & venues

Room blocks at the island's best hotels, private villas for smaller leadership groups, and meeting space when the agenda needs it.

Activities

A catamaran afternoon, a wine tasting in the north, a guided walk on Teide, stargazing at altitude — chosen for the group, not from a menu.

The main evening

A private dinner on a terrace or in a villa, with a chef, music and production designed for the occasion.

Branding, quietly

Your company present in the details — menus, gifts, a toast — rather than on banners.

One point of contact

A single schedule, a single team and on-site coordination from the first arrival to the last departure.

03 — How it works

From the brief to the boarding pass.

01

We talk

About the group, the objective and the budget — and the one moment the trip should be remembered for.

02

We compose it

One programme, day by day, with venues, activities, transfers and costs set out clearly. Refined with you until it fits.

03

Your team arrives

Everything is in place. We coordinate on the ground, discreetly, so the people who organised the trip can enjoy it too.

04 — Questions

What people ask us first.

What size of corporate group can you host in Tenerife?

From leadership retreats for eight or ten people to incentive groups of a hundred or more. Smaller groups often suit a private villa; larger ones a hotel base with private venues for the key moments.

Can you include meeting space and working sessions?

Yes. We arrange meeting rooms, equipment and breaks around the agenda, so the working part of the trip runs as smoothly as the evenings.

When is the best time of year for a corporate trip to Tenerife?

Almost any month. The island is especially popular for incentives from October to April, when northern Europe is cold and Tenerife is still warm enough to dine outdoors. Book earlier for Carnival in February and for the Christmas period.

Do you organise activities for the group?

Yes — sailing, wine tastings, guided walks in Teide National Park, stargazing, cooking with a private chef and more. We choose them for the group's energy and the purpose of the trip, not to fill a schedule.

How far in advance should a corporate event be planned?

Three to six months is comfortable for groups that need flights and hotel blocks; smaller leadership retreats can come together in a few weeks. Ask early for peak dates.

05 — Elsewhere

Other evenings, other islands.

06 — Private consultation

Tell us about your team.

The occasion is already filled in — four short questions on the right, or skip it all and send a voice note on WhatsApp. Either way, it ends in a live chat with us.

We reply the same working day

We don't share your details. We don't add you to lists. We just reply.

Every event starts with a conversation — so this works like one. Under a minute, and it ends in a WhatsApp chat with us.
