A milestone birthday in a Canary Islands villa
A 40th, a 50th, a 60th. A private house, a long table, the people who flew in to be there — and nobody at the party working on it but us.

For the birthday people travel for.
This page is about one kind of celebration: a 40th, 50th or 60th held in a private villa, with guests coming from several countries to be there. Usually a partner or a son or daughter gets in touch first. Sometimes it is the person whose birthday it is, who would rather choose the evening than be surprised by it.
At this kind of birthday the house matters more than anywhere else. It is where the dinner happens, where people stay up talking after the music stops, and often where the closest guests sleep. We look for the one that fits the group — a finca with a long table under the vines, a modern villa above the sea, a house far enough from the neighbours for a band — on whichever of the seven islands suits the occasion.
The Canary Islands work well as a meeting point for a family or a circle of friends spread across Europe: direct flights from most major cities, a climate that allows dinner outside in almost any month, and landscapes that give the days around the party something to fill them.
One team plans the whole stay, not only the night: who arrives when, where everyone sleeps, what happens the day before and the morning after.
The house, the table, the days around it.
Every birthday is composed from scratch. Most bring together:
The villa
Chosen for the group: rooms for the guests who should stay, a terrace for the long table, and room for music. We check what the house and its neighbours allow before anything is booked.
The chef
A private chef in the villa's kitchen and a menu built around the guest of honour — a dish from a city they lived in, a wine from the year they were born if one can be found.
Music
A pianist or a trio for dinner and a DJ for later, or a live band from the first glass. Volume and timings are agreed in advance, so the night is not cut short.
Guests from abroad
Arrivals matched to flights, rooms nearby for anyone not staying at the villa, and one contact on WhatsApp for every question. For the guest of honour, a private flight can be part of the same arrangements.
The days around it
A boat along the coast, a long lunch at a winery, an evening under the stars, a quiet day by the pool. As much or as little as the group wants.
The moments
Speeches, a film from the friends who could not travel, the cake, a photographer who records the evening without staging it.

Composed around one person.
We talk
About the guest of honour, the guest list and the tone — one long dinner or a whole weekend, a surprise or not, black tie or barefoot.
We compose it
One proposal with the island, the villa, the menu, the music and the timings, built around the arrivals, the toast and the last song.
Everyone arrives
Guests land, find their rooms and their table. Someone is quietly making sure the timings hold — so the family can be at the party, not running it.
What people ask us first.
Which island is best for a milestone birthday in a villa?
It depends on the group. Tenerife and Gran Canaria have the most flights and the widest choice of villas. Lanzarote suits a group that wants volcanic landscapes and a calmer pace. La Palma and La Gomera are for small gatherings that want real seclusion, and usually mean a short connecting flight or ferry.
Can the guests stay at the villa?
Often the closest family stays in the house and other guests in a hotel or a second villa nearby. We find the arrangement that fits the numbers and coordinate everyone as one group, wherever they sleep.
Can there be music late into the night?
It depends on the villa, its licence and its neighbours, and we check all three before anything is booked. If the plan is to dance until late, we look for a house where that is genuinely allowed rather than hoping nobody complains.
Our guests are flying in from different countries. How does that work?
We keep one guest list with everyone’s arrival times, match transfers to the flights and give guests a single contact on WhatsApp, in English or Spanish. You do not have to field the questions yourself.
Can it be a surprise?
Yes. We agree a cover story with you, time the arrivals so nobody crosses paths with the guest of honour, and keep one point of contact for the family and friends who are in on it.
How much does a milestone birthday in a villa cost?
Each one is quoted individually — there are no packages and no price list. Share the number of guests, the length of the stay and an approximate investment, and we'll design to it and tell you honestly what it can achieve.
